PAYMENTS - CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS

PAYMENT

 

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the holiday booking is required when the booking is confirmed. The balance will become due 56 days prior to check in. For bookings made less than 56 days before arrival, full payment is required when the booking is made.

 

We accept payment by direct bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard - debit and credit cards, Amex, JCB or PayPal.

SPECIAL NOTE

 

We strongly recommend that all booking members have adequate travel insurance that covers all eventualities for both prior to and during their holiday.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

 

If you are forced to cancel the holiday booking due to unforeseen circumstances you must inform us of any cancellation immediately in writing by recorded delivery or by email. Cancellation Scale:

 

  • Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund

  • Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund

  • Bookings cancelled less than 30 days will receive 0% refund.
